A courier built around how Pakistani e-commerce actually works
Most logistics software is designed for prepaid orders and adapted for cash on delivery. Ours is the other way round, because around nine in ten orders here are collected in cash at the door.
Why we started
A merchant in Lahore selling online has two recurring problems, and neither is really about driving. The first is not knowing where a parcel is between collection and delivery. The second, and the expensive one, is not being able to reconcile the cash: money collected at doorsteps arrives days later as a single figure with no way to check it parcel by parcel.
Quick Courier Services was built to fix the second problem as seriously as the first. Every amount collected is recorded against a specific parcel at the doorstep, not totalled at the hub. Every movement of that cash is a double-entry ledger entry. Your remittance statement lists each parcel, each deduction and the rule behind it, and it ties to the rupee.
We are deliberately a single city at launch. Lahore is large enough to be a real business and small enough that we can know the streets, keep our own riders, and never hand a parcel to a subcontractor we cannot hold to account.
Six things we hold ourselves to
One city, done properly
We serve Lahore and nowhere else. A courier covering twenty cities badly is worse than one covering a single city well, and a promise date is only worth something if it comes from a route we actually drive.
Every rupee is traceable
Cash on delivery money is not ours. It moves from a doorstep to a rider to a hub safe to a bank to your account, and each hop is a double-entry ledger record. If a figure ever fails to reconcile, the ledger says exactly where it stopped.
A failure gets a reason
Parcels do fail. What is not acceptable is a parcel coming back with no explanation. Our riders record a specific reason code and a photograph at the door, and that reason decides who bears the cost of a re-attempt.
The rider knows better than the algorithm
We sequence every run sheet into an efficient route, then let the rider change it. They know which gate shuts at four and which underpass is dug up. We keep both orders so we can tell whether our routing is any good.
No surprise charges
Every line on an invoice names the rule that produced it. A weight correction shows the hub reading. A re-attempt charge shows the reason code. You should never have to ask what something was for.
Built in the open about limits
We will tell you at booking if we cannot serve an address or cannot commit to same-day, rather than accepting the parcel and missing. Saying no on the day of booking costs less than failing on the day of delivery.
Who is behind this
Quick Courier Services is operated by Gloging Pvt Ltd, a Pakistani company, and was founded by Saboor Malik. The platform — the dispatch system, the rider app, the ledger and the merchant portal — is built in-house rather than licensed, which is why we can change how something works when an operational reality demands it.
