Terms of service

These terms govern carriage by Quick Courier Services, operated by Gloging Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), for any person or business tendering a parcel to us ("you", "the sender").

By booking a parcel, whether through our portal, our API, a store integration or a CSV upload, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and of the recipient.

We will collect parcels from the address you nominate during the agreed window, carry them within Lahore, and attempt delivery to the address you provide.

Delivery dates we quote are targets based on our own routes and the applicable cut-off time. They are not guarantees, and we do not accept liability for consequential loss arising from a late delivery.

Two delivery attempts are included in the quoted price. A third and any subsequent attempt is chargeable where the earlier failure was not attributable to us. Whether a failure is attributable to us is determined by the reason code recorded by the rider at the point of failure.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient name, mobile number and address. A parcel that cannot be delivered because the address or number is wrong is a failed delivery chargeable to you.

You must pack the parcel adequately for road carriage on a motorcycle. We may refuse a parcel that is inadequately packed, and we do not accept liability for damage arising from inadequate packing.

You must declare the contents accurately, including the value where insurance is taken, and you must not tender anything on the prohibited list below.

Every parcel is weighed and measured at our hub. We charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, where volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimetres divided by 5000.

Where our measurement differs from what you declared, the charge is adjusted and the hub reading appears on your invoice alongside the original declaration. You may dispute a reading within seven days.

Where you instruct us to collect cash, we do so as your agent. Money collected is held on your behalf and is not our property at any point.

We charge a collection fee of 1.5% of the amount collected, subject to a minimum of PKR 50, unless your agreed rate card states otherwise.

Remittance is made to the bank account you have verified with us, on the cycle stated in your account settings. Our statement shows every parcel, the amount collected and every deduction.

Where a rider fails to account for cash collected, the shortfall is our loss and does not reduce what we owe you. Your entitlement is to the amount recorded as collected at the doorstep.

Where delivery fails, the rider records a specific reason and, where our policy requires it, a photograph. You are notified and may instruct a re-attempt or a return.

Parcels held at our hub awaiting your instruction are stored free for seven days. Beyond that a storage charge applies, and after thirty days we may return the parcel to you at your cost or, where return is not possible, dispose of it.

Return carriage is chargeable at the rate stated on your rate card.

Where a parcel is lost or damaged in our custody, our liability is limited to the lesser of the declared value and PKR 10,000 per parcel, unless you have purchased additional cover at the time of booking.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of goodwill or any other indirect or consequential loss, however arising.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including civil disturbance, strike action, road closure, extreme weather or an act of a public authority.

A claim must be notified to us within seven days of the delivery date or the date on which delivery should have occurred. We may require proof of value and proof of the contents.

You must not tender any of the following. Where we discover a prohibited item in our custody we may refuse to carry it, hand it to the relevant authority, and charge you our costs.

Charges are as set out on your rate card, which forms part of these terms. Where no rate card has been agreed, our published rates apply.

Sales tax on services is charged in addition where applicable and is shown separately on every invoice.

Prepaid accounts are drawn from your wallet balance at the point of delivery. Postpaid accounts are invoiced on the agreed cycle and are payable within the stated terms. We may suspend collection where an account is overdue.

We process the recipient details you provide solely in order to carry and deliver the parcel and to account to you for it. Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

You confirm that you have a lawful basis for passing us the recipient details, and that the recipient expects a delivery.

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified to active merchants at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction.
