Where is my parcel?

Enter the waybill number from your confirmation message. It starts with QCS and has twelve digits.

For example QCS000000012345. Spaces and dashes are fine.

We check the number before searching, so a typo is caught here rather than coming back as “not found”.

Cannot find your waybill number?

  • It is in the SMS or WhatsApp message we sent when the parcel was collected.
  • If you ordered from a shop, it is on their order confirmation or in your account with them.
  • It looks like QCS000000012345 and you can type it with or without spaces.

For your privacy, tracking shows only the delivery milestones and a masked address. The shop you ordered from can see the full detail.
